New Rome Clothing accepts returns of merchandise within two weeks of purchase for exchange or store credit only. To qualify, you must:

    * Return the item in its original package with a copy of the original receipt
    * Include a detailed note explaining what you want us to do with the merchandise (exchange for a different size/item or issue a store credit)
    * Ship the merchandise back using an insured trackable method such as FedEx, UPS or Priority Mail

Please Note

    * You will be charged for return shipping on exchanges.
    * We reserve the right to refuse returned merchandise if it is lacking sufficient information or if it appears to have been worn or used.

Damaged Goods
If you were shipped an item in error or you received a damaged item, please contact us at sales@newromeclothing.com.  Please make sure to include your name, telephone number and address and to describe the relevant circumstances. We will contact you and issue a call tag to pick up the merchandise at our expense.

All shipments are made on either Sunday or Monday of each week.
